VEGF-C与VEGF-D蛋白的表达对结直肠癌淋巴结转移的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨VEGF-C与VEGF-D蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达,及其与结直肠癌淋巴转移的关系。方法采用Western blot方法检测80例结直肠癌组织中VEGF-C与VEGF-D的表达水平。结果在结直肠癌组织中,有淋巴结转移组比无淋巴结转移组VEGF-C、VEGF-D两种蛋白的表达水平高(P<0.05);其中在有淋巴结转移的结直肠癌组织中,N2期比N1期VEGF-C、VEGF-D两种蛋白的表达水平高(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C与VEGF-D蛋白的表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移的发生发展有关,用Western blot方法检测两者的表达水平对判断结直肠癌生物学行为和预后具有参考价值。 Objective To study the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in colorectal cancer,and their relation to the lymph node metastasis.Methods The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in 80 cases of human colorectal cancer tissues was detected by using Western blot method.Results The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein in colorectal cancer with N2 stage were higher than those with N1 stage(P0.05).Conclusion VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein are positively correlated with development of colorectal cancer,suggesting that detection of VEGF-C and VEGF-D with Western blot method may be of value in ca1culating the biological behaviors and the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
