摘要
文章阐明了红硬性与热硬性不同概念的界定,并讨论金刚石工具胎体与高速工具钢热硬性的不同差异。指出影响金刚石工具胎体性能的应该是热硬性而不是红硬性。胎体硬度高低的单一指标,不能表征粉末胎体的耐磨性。而在高温下表征的胎体热硬性是影响胎体耐磨性和金刚石包镶能力的重要因素。随着对胎体热硬性的深入研究和认知,热硬性有望成为业界公认的金刚石工具粉末胎体的重要性能指标。
This article sets out the distinction between Red hardness and thermal rigid these two definitions and discusses thermal rigid differences between diamond tool matrix and high-speed tool steel.The Author figured out that it is right the thermal rigid affects the performance of the diamond tool matrix but not the red hardness.Only the hardness of the matrix cannot be the evidence of its wear resistances.Thermal rigid occurred at high temperature is the main factor to effect matrix wear resistances and diamond-wrapped inlay ability.As research and recognition goes on,thermal rigid of matrix has great hope to be taken as the main functional specification of diamond tools powder matrix.
