图书馆营销是指图书馆和信息服务的提供者针对服务的实际用户和潜在用户而进行的一系列有目的的活动。公共图书馆拥有技术、资产、人力资源、竞争能力这四方面的营销优势,如果图书馆能够将营销学的知识灵活运用到实际工作当中,那么图书馆的信息资源将得到更好地宣传和推广。
Marketing of libraries means suppliers of libraries and information services construct a series of purposeful activities according to in-service and potential customers.Public libraries possess technology,assets,human resources and competence,the four marketing advantages,which libraries shall apply to work in order to promote and popularize their information resources.
