摘要
基于珠江三角洲地区9市1990～2009年的面板数据,对宏观税负、产业集聚与区域经济增长关系的实证研究表明:宏观税负水平的相关系数为负,对区域经济增长产生负向影响,而产业集聚的相关系数为正,对区域经济增长具有显著的促进作用;珠三角地区各市的产业集聚对经济增长都存有显著的影响;珠三角各市的宏观税负水平均对产业集聚产生显著影响。因此,应适当减少财政收入占GDP的比重,对不同地区制定不同的税收政策,并对具有潜力的企业给予税收优惠。
This paper analyzed tax burden and agglomeration in relation to economic growth based on the panel data from 1990 to 2009 in the Pearl River Delta.Data show that tax burden level has a negative coefficient on economic growth while agglomeration a positive coefficient on regional economic growth;the tax burden of Pearl River Delta cities has a significant impact on industry agglomeration which influences economic growth remarkably.Suggestions are put forward for policy making according to the conclusions above.
