摘要
建立了测定维生素C的流动注射共振光散射分析新方法.在弱酸介质中,利用维生素C将Cu2+还原成Cu+,Cu+与SCN-生成CuSCN沉淀颗粒,用流动注射共振光散射法测定维生素C.测定的维生素C线性范围为1.00~120.00mg/L,检出限为0.84mg/L.所建立的分析方法简便、使用试剂少、线性范围宽,可用于饮料中维生素C的测定.
A novel flow injection method with light scattering has been developed for the determination of vitamin C.In a weak acid medium,vitamin C can be used to reduce Cu2+ to Cu+,Cu+ combines with SCN-to form CuSCN precipitate.A flow injection light scattering method is used to determine vitamin C.The linear range of determination was 1.00~120.00 mg/L and the detection limit was 0.84 mg/L.The method is simple,less reagent comsuming has a wide linear range and applicable to the determination of vitamin C in beverages.
