摘要
分析了当前江西省高校竞技体育管理体制现状、存在问题.认为江西省高校竞技体育管理体制已从由省教育厅直接管理的模式转向由教育厅与省大体协共同管理的模式转变,但行政管理仍占主导地位,并针对管理体制中存在的不足提出相应对策.
The current condition and problems of the management system of colleges and universities competitive sports of Jiangxi province are analysed.It is believed that the provincial office of education direct management model into the office of education and the provincial general＇s co-management model has been transformed,but the administration still dominates.The countermesures for the problems of the management system has been pointed out.
