摘要
本文描述了高职专业教师实践性知识对其能力培养特征,提出了一种新的教师培养过程中实践性知识获取模型,论证了实践性知识获取诸要素的层次关系,以及如何将各种多元化的实践性知识进行整合和复用,从而有效地完善和更新教师的实践性知识结构,为促进高职教师实践能力培养提供一些理论参考。
This paper illustrated the characteristics of vocational professional teachers' practical knowledge on their cultivation,presented a new model of practical knowledge acquisition during the teachers' cultivation and demonstrated the hierarchical relationships among all elements of practical knowledge access.It discusses how to integrate and reuse different multi-variant practical knowledge to effectively improve and update a teacher's practical knowledge structure,providing some theoretical reference for promoting higher vocational teachers' practical ability training.
