摘要
在分析农业产业化经营内涵的基础上,提出扶持和发展龙头企业必须有一个综合评价体系的观点。根据综合评价原理与方法,从功能(function)、行为(behavior)、绩效(perform ance)三个方面,构建农业龙头企业综合评价模型(FBP)。最后,以江西省宜春市21家农业龙头企业为例,对该模型进行验证和运用。
This paper first explained the connotations of industrial management of agriculture content,then proposed the viewpoint that a comprehensive evaluation system is necessary for the support and development of leading enterprises.Next it constructed for them an integrated assessment model（FBP）,based on evaluation principles and methods,from the three aspects of function,behavior and performance;Finally,the article applied the model to 21 agricultural leading enterprises of in Yichun city in Jiangxi Province.
