摘要
应用主成分分析和等间距聚类分析的方法对襄樊烟区土壤肥力进行了综合评价。对262个土壤样品的9项土壤肥力指标进行主成分分析,按照累计贡献率≥90%的原则提取6个主成分,并求得土壤样品6个主成分得分和综合得分。以主成分综合得分为聚类指标,采用等间距法将262个样品聚为4类。其中,第Ⅰ类土壤综合肥力高,其综合得分≥0.5;第Ⅱ类土壤综合肥力较高,其综合得分为0.0~0.5;第Ⅲ类土壤综合肥力中等,其综合得分为-0.5~0.0;第IV类土壤综合肥力较低,其综合得分为≤-0.5。
Based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the comprehensive evaluation of soil fertility of Xiangfan tobacco-growing area was conducted.Nine soil fertility indexes of 262 soil samples were analyzed by principal component analysis,and six principal components with accumulative contribution rate over 90% were obtained.The scores of the six principal components and comprehensive scores were also obtained.The 262 samples were clustered with comprehensive scores as a measurement,and they were divided into 4 ranks by regularly spaced distinct method.Rank 1 was of the highest soil fertility with comprehensive scores ≥0.5,rank 2 was of higher soil fertility with comprehensive scores 0.0-0.5,rank 3 was of the medium soil fertility with comprehensive scores-0.5-0.0,rank 4 was of low soil fertility with comprehensive scores ≤-0.5.
