种鸭大肠杆茵性生殖器官病的研究——5.鸭生殖道大肠杆菌质粒指纹图谱分析

摘要 本文报导了对四川九个县1987年至1989年爆发流行鸭生殖道大肠杆菌病的89株菌的质粒指纹图分析。结果表明:同一来源的菌株具有完全相同或基本相同的PP和酶切图谱,不同来源菌株也共同具有1—2条质粒带和酶切片段,并与正常鸭肠道大肠杆菌的图谱有差异。这提示这次爆发流行的鸭生殖道大肠杆菌病是由少数几株在遗传学上具有高度同源相关性的菌株引起。本文也说明质粒指纹图谱法为一快速、简单、有效、特异性强的流行病学研究工具。 The immunogenity of E.coli vaccine,increase and decrease of agglutin-antibody and gamma-glublin in sera of vaccinated duck,and a method to detect the agglutin-antibody in the yolk from the vaccinated ducks wers studied.The results indicated the strain is safe and invirulence to breeding ducks and the suspiciously infected ducks. The vaccinated ducks are not sensitive to virulence homologous E.coli strain for 4—5 monthes.The vaccinated ducks can increase the production of breeding eggs.Among the vaccinated ducks,agglutin-antibody mean titers reached as high as 270. 4 and 313. 6 after 45 days. The amounts of gamma-glublin was significantly higher in vaccinated ducks than unvaccinated ducks (P<0.05or P<0.0l).The agglutim-antibody in the yolk could be detected with the tube agglutination test.
