摘要
研究探讨了复合抗氧化剂对小鼠生长以及力竭运动后氧化应激的影响。将35只小鼠随机分为7组,安静对照组和游泳对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余5组分别在基础饲料中添加维生素C、维生素E、茶多酚、微生物抗氧化剂和复合抗氧化剂;除安静对照组外,所有小鼠在试验结束日进行力竭游泳实验。试验结果表明,与安静对照组相比,力竭游泳显著提高小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和肝脏中一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性(P<0.05),提高丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,但差异不显著。与游泳对照组相比,复合抗氧化剂能使小鼠血清中MDA含量显著降低了37.66%,血清中SOD活力、肝脏中CAT活力和NOS分别显著提高了20.44%、46.43%和28.86%(P<0.05)。复合抗氧化剂还能使小鼠力竭游泳时间显著提高了199.26%(P<0.05),复合抗氧化剂对小鼠体重及胸腺、脾脏指数有提高作用,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究结果表明,复合抗氧化剂的抗氧化能力要强于单一抗氧化剂。
The try was conducted to study the effects of a kind of composite antioxidant on oxidative stress during exhaustive exercise in mice.Thirty-five mice were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 mice in each group:quiet control group,swimming control group,vitamin E experiment group,vitamin C experiment group,tea -polyphenols experiment group,microbiotic antioxidant experiment group,composite antioxidant experiment group.Exhaustive swimming time were determined at the end of the experiment in each group(except quiet control group).The activities of serum SOD and the contents of serum MDA were also determined. Results:Compared with quiet control group,exhaustive swimming can noticeably decrease the contents of serum MDA by 22.86%, increase the activities of serum SOD by 94.98%.Fed with composite antioxidants,mice can significantly extent exhaustive swimming time by 199.26%(P0.05);crease the activities of serum SOD by 20.44%significantly(P0.05) and remarkably decrease the contents of serum MDA by 37.66%(P0.05) after exhaustive swimming.Conclusion:The antioxidant capacity of composite antioxidant is stronger than single antioxidant.
