摘要
对33个甜瓜品种在萌发期进行不同浓度的盐处理,通过自组织映射聚类分析、相关性分析和主成分分析对甜瓜品种进行耐盐性评价和萌发期耐盐性指标的筛选。以去离子水为对照,分别设置75、150、225、300mmol·L^(-1)4组盐浓度处理,测定了甜瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、发芽受损率、平均发芽天数、胚根长、根鲜重7个指标。采用聚类分析,筛选出4个在萌发期间耐盐性强的品种(海蜜四号、金辉一号、冰雪脆和美浓)和6个耐盐性弱的品种(玉露、天仙、秀绿、白玉香、F-3551和泽甜);相关性分析和主成分分析表明,甜瓜的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数对耐盐性的贡献率较大,并且在盐处理下具有相同的效应。
33 melon varieties treated under different salt concentrations at their germination stage were used to assess the salt tolerance ability and the indicators by the method of Self-Organizing Map,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.We chosed five different salt concentration levels[0（ck）,75,150,225,300 mmol·L^（-1）]and seven indicators（germination rate,germination energy,germination index,germination damage rate,average germination days,radicle length and root fresh weight）.After analyzing data by Self-Organizing Map,four varieties resistance to salt and six varieties sensitive to salt were selected.Meanwhile,correlation analysis and principal component analysis indicated that the germination energy,germination rate and germination index had a larger contribution to the salt tolerance among all indicators,and shared same effects on salt treatments.
