摘要 培育木薯多倍体新品种,对于扩大木薯种植面积,增加木薯产量具有重要的意义。概述了国内外木薯多倍体的诱导方法和鉴定方法,并对木薯多倍体研究存在的问题和研究动向进行了分析。 Manihot esculenta Crantz is an important food crop and economic crop and cultivating new varieties of cassava polyploid is very important for expanding plant areas and increasing yield. In the paper,the methods of polyploid breeding,the identification of polyploid were reviewed,and the problems and the prospective of cassava polyploid breeding were also discussed.
