摘要
近年来随着房价的飙升,住房问题成为关系民生的重要问题,住房公积金制度作为我国住房体系的重要组成部分,为我国住房改革做出诸多贡献,但也存在不足,本文从住房公积金制度的公平性问题入手,对现行制度中的公平性缺失进行剖析研究并提出相关政策建议,以促进完善住房公积金制度的长久发展,以便更好的实现政策的保障作用。
With house prices soaring in recent years,housing issue has become an important issue on the livelihood.Housing provident fund as an important part o f housing system in our country has made great contribution to the housing syste m reform,but it also has many shortages.This article focuses on the lack of fa irness and gives relative policy recommendations based on the fairness of the ho using provident fund,hoping to promote the long-term development of housing pro vident fund and make the policy more powerful in terms of security.
