摘要
目的了解我院参加免费服药补贴精神病患者药物使用情况。方法采用1日法对深圳市福田区精神卫生中心福田区慢性病防治院2010年上半年参加免费服药补贴精神病患者全部用药记录进行调查。结果新型抗精神病药的使用正在逐步扩大,占总人数39.53%,精神疾病首选单药治疗,对于慢性难治性病例可使用合并治疗的用药原则基本保持不变;抗精神病药的使用剂量基本都在推荐的安全剂量之下。结论福田区参加免费服药补贴精神病患者用药基本合理,药物选择多样化、新型化,安全使用精神病药已成为目前临床用药的趋势。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of free psychotropic medication among the chronic mental patients in Futian District Hospital of Chronic Diseases Control and Prevention. Methods With the method of one-day time-point survey,the records of mental disease patients with free medication subsidies in Division of Mental Health,Futian District Hospital of Chronic Diseases Control and Prevention in the first half of 2010 were investigated. Results The usage of new type psychotropic drugs was escalating,which accounted for 39.53% of the total number of the patients.Single medication was the first choice for mental disorder,but combined therapy needed to be considered in treating refractory mental disorders.This fundamental of pharmacotherapy was still available.The usage of psychotropic drugs was basically under the recommendatory safe dosage. Conclusions The usage of psychotropic drugs in mental patients of Futian District is basically reasonable,and the selection is inclined toward diversity and new type medication.
