摘要
本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测了安宁果下马和建昌马血清酯酶(Es)多太位点的基因型和基因频率。并利用贵州中型马、广西中型马、贵州矮马、广西矮马、吐卡拉矮马、北海道矮马和雪特兰矮马Es的基因频率资料,计算出遗传距离和进行聚类分析。结果表明,安宁果下马自成一类。
The genotypes and gene frequencies of Esterase polymorphisms in Anlin Guoxia and Jiangehang Horses were determined by means of polyacylamidegel eletrophorssis in this study. We compared the gene frequencies of Esterase in Guizhou Horses, Guangxi Horses, Guizhou pony, Guangxi pony, Toqiali pony, Bcihaidao Pony and Shetland Pony again with those of Anlin Guoxia Horses. Thc genetic distances were made out and their clusters were analyzed. The results showed that Anlin Guoxia Horses belonged to none of the other horses, they were in a race by themselevs.
