摘要
"国家精品课程建设"政策作为我国高等教育"质量工程"的重要组成部分,是在高等教育进入大众化阶段和教育信息化进程不断深入发展的背景下实施的一项重大政策,是一项具有中国特色的优质高等教育资源开放项目政策。本文使用倡导联盟框架对制定"国家精品课程建设"的政策文本以及该政策的实施进行研究和分析。
＂The Construction of National Excellent Course＂ policy plays an important role in the ＂Quality Project＂ of the higher education.In the era of informationization and massfication,＂The Construction of National Excellent Course＂ is a vital policy with the focus of discovering and developing excellent educational resources.This article analyses the implementation of this policy from the advocacy coalition framework.
