摘要
学术不端行为近年来层出不穷,因此治理学术不端,除了提高学术研究者的学术道德水平和自律能力之外,建立有效的防治学术不端的监督机制尤为重要。期刊编辑在学术不端监督过程中的作用极其重要。分析了信息技术支撑下学术不端监督的特点,研究了期刊编辑与学术不端监督的关系、期刊编辑监督的义务以及监督方式。
Academic misconducts happen frequently these years.In order to deal with the problems,academic researchers are supposed to improve their academic ethics and set severe self-disciplines.The more important is to establish efficient systems to supervise academic misconducts.The thesis analyses the features of academic misconducts with information technologies,presents some supervision modes on academic misconducts and makes tips on how to build the supervision modes.
