摘要
农民专业合作社虽然取得了很大的成果与影响,但仍然处于发展的初级阶段,覆盖面偏低、治理不健全、带动力不强。从社会资本的角度来看,信任缺失、规范缺失和网络缺失是其发展水平不高的原因。需要建立全新的信任体系,规范政府、社长与社员的权力与义务,开拓网络增加合作以扩大产量与销路。
Although peasant specialized cooperative economic organizations have achieved great results and wielded abundant influences, they are still at the primary stages,which manifest themselves in low coverage,deficient administration,and weak paradigms. From social capital perspective,the main reasons for the low developing level are lack of trust,lack of standardization,and lack of network.Therefore,a totally new trust system need to be built,the power and obligation of local government,heads and members of cooperative need to be standardized,and network can be exploited to add more cooperation to expand the production and its market.
