摘要
当前大学生思想政治教育的改革,应基于全面实现现代化的要求,应基于贯彻落实党的十七大报告提出的"加强公民意识教育"的要求,实现思想政治教育与公民教育的整合与贯通,以培养现代化建设主体——现代公民。
Currently,the reform of the ideological and political education about undergraduates should be based on the full realization of modernization,and on the implementation of the Seventeenth Congress which puts forward：we need to step up education about citizenship and establish socialist concepts of democracy,the rule of law,freedom,equality,equity and justice）.The reform should realize the integration of ideological and political education and civic education with which to educate the modern citizens.
