摘要
本文在宏观层面概述资源富集地区产业共性和未来发展方向基础上,以国家级能源化工基地—榆林市为例,分析了该地区产业调整的必要性和紧迫性,提出了促进和加快资源富集地区产业结构优化升级的思路及措施。
Summing up the overall features of industries and future orientation in energy intensive regions,this paper emphasizes the pressing need for the adjustment of industry structure and works out the corresponding measures to optimize and upgrade industry structures.
