摘要
奖励是最为重要的激因。影响奖励效果的因素很多,但最主要的是奖励的时序、奖励的公平性、奖励的适合度。要提高奖励效果,实现科学奖励,必须考虑一定的时序,必须最大地保持公平,必须尽量具有合适性,以提高获奖者的满意度,增强奖励的激励效果。
Rewarding is the most important motivator.There are many factors to affect reward effects,but,of which,the time sequence,the fairness and the fitness of rewards are the main ones.To enhance the incentive effect,and implement by rewarding scientifically,certain time sequence of rewards must be considered to be as appropriate as possible in order to improve the satisfaction of the winners and strengthen the effects of reward incentive.
