摘要
水环境容量计算是环境规划与管理的一项重要的基础工作。论文基于河流水环境系统的的模糊性、随机性、灰性和未确知性,以及资料信息的不足和不精确性,将水环境系统参数定义为盲数。在此基础上,通过将常规的确定性模型参量模糊化,建立了河流水环境容量计算模糊模型。根据该模型,可以计算得到盲数形式的河流水环境容量及其所对应的可信度水平。实例研究表明,相对于常规的确定性方法,所得结果更为科学、合理。
The water environmental carrying capacity is the basic task for water enviromental planing and management.Based on the characteristics of random,fuzziness,and uncertainty of water environmental system,and the lack of water environmental information,the parameters of river water environmental system are defined as blind numbers.On the basis,a fuzzy model for calculating river water environmental carrying capacity is established through fuzzifying the parameters in the conventional and certain model.From the model proposed above,the blind values of river water environmental carrying capacity and the confidence level are derived.interval values.Study results show that the new model put forward here is more scientific and reasonable than the conventional one.
