摘要
在草酸催化的条件下,本文利用双酚芴(含Cardo环结构)苯环上的活性氢原子合成了一系列含不同比例芴环的新型酚醛树脂共聚物。傅立叶红外等方法验证了双酚芴参与了酚醛树脂的共聚。共聚物热重分析结果表明,双酚芴作为一种具有芳香环的结构引入酚醛树脂可以显著的提高产物的热稳定性。共聚产物的乌式粘度研究表明,随着双酚芴含量增加,共聚产物的流淌时间在标准测试条件下从11分15秒延长至12分15秒,产物分子量有所提高。
In this paper,some new copolymers of phenol-formaldehyde resins containing of cardo rings have been synthesized by introduction of the fluorene.Oxalic acid is used as the catalyst to obtain liner structure.Different ratios of 9,9-bis(hydroxyphenyl)fluorene and Phenol are applied during the synthesis.The FT-IR is used to investigate the structure of these new phenol-formaldehyde resins.The stability of the prepared copolymer is improved because of the introduction of cardo rings based on the result of thermal gravimetric analyst.The copolymer of phenol-formaldehyde copolymers containing cardo rings is found more stable at high temperature.
