摘要
护理专业学生实习期间是规范学生行为,培养临床工作能力,获得全面发展的社会化过程的关键时期。现就如何在实习过程中调动教与学双方面的积极性,实现教与学的最佳效果进行探索,尝试采用强化式分段教学在临床教学中的实施,将课堂教学与临床实践相结合,调动学生主观能动性,提高教学质量和护理专业学生素质,取得较好效果。
Practice period of nursing speciality students is a key point to develop standard behavior of students,cultivate the ability of clinic works and get the procedure of social development.We investigate the best effects between teaching and learning by shifting the activation between teaching and learning.We also want to connect teaching with clinic practice to enchance subject motility,increase teaching quality and improve quality education of students by intensive stage teaching in nursing practice.
