缺氧应激中SUMO-1的作用 被引量:1

摘要 SUMO-1并不引起靶蛋白降解,而是通过翻译后修饰,保护蛋白免受泛素化降解、影响细胞内的定位和蛋白与蛋白之间的相互作用。由SUMO-1介导的HIF-1α的翻译后修饰,可以调控HIF-1α的稳定性,并参与细胞内信号通路的调节。综述了SUMO-1修饰在缺氧应激中的作用。
