摘要
目的探讨血清中PSA水平对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法用化学发光免疫测定法检测97例乳腺癌患者、74例乳腺增生患者和50例正常人的血清PSA水平,评价其对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果在所有女性血清中均有一定浓度的PSA,且随着疾病恶性程度的升高,其值可明显增高。结论检测血清PSA水平在乳腺癌的诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To study the value of concentration of PSA in patient′s serum in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods To detect the concentration of serum PSA in 97 patients with breast cancer,74 women with benign disease and 50 healthy women were examined by chemiluminescent immunoassay to evaluate the diagnostic and prognosis value of PSA to breast cancer.Results There were different concentrations of PSA in serum of all women and the more serious the disease,the higher the value.Conclusion Examining the concentration of PSA in serum has important value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
