摘要
目的通过对老年垂体前叶功能减退症低钠血症病例的临床分析,探讨其病因、临床表现及治疗的特点。方法对56例60岁以上垂体前叶功能减退症老年病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 56例老年垂体前叶功能减退症低钠血症患者促肾上腺皮质功能不全表现占92.8%。17例病人血浆渗透压降低、尿渗透压升高、24小时尿钠升高。结论老年垂体前叶功能减症低钠血症的原因是抗利尿激素分泌增多及稀释性低钠血症。
Objective To explore the cause,clinical manifestations and the characteristics of treatment by analyzing the hypofunction of anterior pituitary in the eldly.Methods The clinical materials of 56 cases of the old peeple who suffered from hypofunction of anterior pituitary were analyzed retrospectively.Results The uncompleted function of Adrenal cortical in 56 patients who suffered from hypofunction of anterior pituitary was 92.8%.Urine osmotic pressure of 17 patients suffered from the reducing osmotic pressure of plasma was increased and urinary sodium raised in 24 hours.Conclusion The cause of the disease of the old who suffered from hypofunction of anterior pituitary is the increasing antidiuretic hormone and diluted low blood sodium.
