摘要
结合工作实际,分析了当前高职院校师德建设存在的问题,并指出了加强师德建设的有效途径。
Based on the actual working experience,this paper analyses the problems on teachers＇ ethical construction in higher vocational colleges,and points out effective ways to strengthen teachers＇ ethical construction.
