摘要
叶轮给料机常因所选电机容量偏大,电机功率因数过低,造成电能浪费。本文通过对物料的受力分析,确定了叶轮给料机功率的计算公式,为叶轮给料机合理选择拖动电机提供了理论依据。
Impeller Feeder often causes electric energy waste because the selected motor capacity is too large and motor power factor is too low.Based on the stress analysis of materials,this paper determines the power formula for Impeller Feeder and provides a theoretical basis for a reasonable choice of drag motor for Impeller Feeder.
