摘要
近年来我国电子商务的发展突飞猛进,促使社会对电子商务人才需求的快速增加,但电子商务专业毕业生的对口就业率很低,关键在于我国电子商务专业的定位不明确,面临其他相关专业的竞争,专业核心竞争能力弱。本文分析了我国电子商务专业的竞争劣势,提出了培育和增强电子商务专业核心能力的途径。
Nowadays,rapidly development of E-commerce impels a large command of the e-commerce talents.But there is a big problem of the low employment rate of e-commerce major students.The key point is that we don't have an exact definition for e-commerce major and lack the core competence.This article analyses the disadvantages in competition for e-commerce in China and puts forward some methods for improving and cultivating the core competence of e-commerce.
