摘要
目的考察炮制前后益智果实中挥发油成分的变化。方法以水蒸气蒸馏法提取样品中挥发油,采用GC-MS联用技术对挥发油进行成分分析。结果益智壳、益智仁及其炮制品中挥发油提取率分别为0.79%、0.65%、0.47%,其GC-MS总离子流图谱分别检测出峰112个、104个和70个,确定了33个化合物,并用峰面积百分比法计算其相对含量。结论益智壳也存在较大的药用价值,其主要成分为对伞花素;益智仁及其炮制品挥发油中主要成分为诺卡酮与艾里莫芬烯,炮制前后相对含量未发生改变,诺卡酮是益智缩尿作用的主要有效成分,艾里莫芬烯的作用有待进一步研究;γ-古芸烯、荜澄茄烯、对伞花素、丁香烯、β-榄香烯等相对含量变化较大,与益智仁药效变化的相关性有待后续研究。本实验通过对益智壳及益智仁炮制前后挥发油成分及相对含量的对比分析,对益智深入开发和研究提供了新的思路。
Objective To establish the difference in the constituents of volatile oil in fruits from Alpinia oxyphylla before and after processing.Methods Volatile oil was extracted from the sample by steam distillation,and its chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.Results The contents of volatile oil in the seedcases,the nutlets and its process products were 0.79%,0.65%,and 0.47% respectively.We found 112,104,and 70 peaks by GC-MS from the volatile oil respectively,and 33 compounds were identified.The relative amount was counted by peak area ratio.Conclusion The seedcases of Alpinia oxyphylla have big officinal effect,and p-cymene is the most common constituent.Nootkatone and eremophilene are the most conmon constituent of volatile oil in nutlets from Alpinia oxyphylla and its process products,the relative amount of which is the same and nootkatone is the active component for arresting polyuria in Alpinia oxyphylla.The effect of eremophilene needs proof.The relative amount of γ-gurjunene,cubebene,p-cymene,caryophyllel and β-elemene has big change,and the correlation to pharmacodynamic action of Alpinia oxyphylla before and after processing needs further research.The study offers theoretic basis for utilization of Alpinia oxyphylla.
