摘要
技术经纪人对提高技术成果转化率有极大推动作用。文章以山西省技术经纪人队伍的发展现状为基础，论述并提出了我省技术经纪人发展对策，以加速科技成果转化速度。
Technical brockers play a big role in aspect of increasing the transformation ratio of sci-tech archievements.Based on the developing situation of technical brockers in Shanxi Province,this paper discusses and advances the developing countermeasures of technical brockers of Shanxi Province for the purpose of accelerating the transforming speed of sci-tech archievements of Shanxi Province.
