摘要 临近空间侦察平台是取得临近空间信息侦察能力的基础,因此,研究临近空间侦察平台建设对成功夺取该区域制信息权具有重要意义。结合临近空间平台和典型侦察载荷的特点,分析了临近空间侦察平台执行典型侦察任务的可行性,并提出了临近空间侦察系统的技术指标和作战使用模式。研究结果证明,临近空间侦察平台能够很好地满足战役侦察的需要,应该得到大力发展。 The reconnaissance platforms of near space is the base to fetch the information reconnaissance capability of near space,as a result,it is of great significance to study the construct of reconnaissance platform of near space for acquiring the information control authority in the area.Combining the characteristics of near space platform and typical reconnaissance load,this paper analyzes the feasibility that near space platform performs the representative reconnaissance mission,presents the technical index and operation usage mode.The research results show that near space reconnaissance platform can satisfy the needs of battle reconnaissance,and should be actively developed.
