摘要
根据电磁波阻抗匹配原理,制备了聚氨酯泡沫夹层结构复合吸波材料,研究了不同结构组成对材料吸波性能的影响。实验结果表明:当匹配层中加入质量分数15%的二氧化锰,聚氨酯泡沫夹芯层中加入质量分数5%的二氧化锰和10%的石墨和反射层中加入质量分数35%的石墨时,测试频段为8~18 GHz,聚氨酯泡沫夹层结构复合材料的最大吸收峰为12.9 GHz(R=-35.7 dB),R<-10 dB的频宽为1.5 GHz。
According to the resistance matching principle and electromagnetic spreading regulation,Polyurethane(PU) foam core sandwich absorbing composites were fabricated,the absorbing characteristics of the different structure matching in sandwich composites were discussed.The experiment showed that when the matching layer added with 15% MnO2,the PU foam added with 5% MnO2 and 10% graphite and the reflect layer added with 35% graphite,in the frequency range 8~18 GHz,the maximum wave absorbing peak of the sandwich composite was 12.9 GHz(R=-35.7 dB)and had a hand-width of 1.5 GHz(R10 dB).
