摘要
针对高相对分子质量聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)的溶解工艺进行了实验,系统地研究了相对分子质量对溶解性能以及纤维结构的影响。结果表明,高相对分子质量PPTA存在不易溶解且容易降解的问题,但从纤维结构的角度考虑,提高相对分子质量对于纤维力学性能的提高是有利的。
The dissolving process of high molecular weight PPTA was studied,the solubility influence of molecular weight on the structure of the fiber was systemic researched.The result showed that it was difficult for the high molecular weight PPTA to dissolve,but in consideration of the perspective of fiber structure,it was helpful to increase the mechanical property when raising the molecular weight.
