早期COPD肺血管功能结构异常及大环内酯类抗生素的干预作用 被引量:2

摘要 现在越来越多的研究表明COPD早期即有肺血管结构和功能的异常.肺血管结构和功能异常是COPD肺动脉高压的病理生理基础,如何对其进行早期干预,从而防止其发展到肺动脉高压,在防治COPD中有至关重要的作用.本文重点综述早期COPD肺血管结构功能的异常与COPD肺动脉高压的关系,以及大环内酯类抗生素对其的干预作用与作用机制.
