热流道系统由分流板、加热元件、温控器和喷嘴组成,其关键技术是塑料温度的控制和塑料流动的控制.分析了热流道模具的用途、购买注意事项及发展趋势.制订国家标准,生产高质量的元器件,降低制造成本,做好宣传是推广热流道模具的关键.
Hot runner system is made up of the manifold,heating elements,thermostats and nozzles,and the key is the plastic and flow temperature control.The purchase,development trend of note,national standards,production of high quality of components,lower manufacturing costs,and good publicity are essential to the promotion of hot runner molds.
