摘要
海洋资料浮标是海洋环境监测与海洋灾害预报的主要手段之一，在开发利用海洋、保护海洋环境方面发挥着重要作用。本文简介了我国海洋资料浮标的发展历程及现状，提出了海洋资料浮标技术研究与发展的建议。
Oceanic data buoy is one of the main means of ocean environment mornitoring & measurement and ocean disaster forcast,which is praised as “earth synchronal satellite on ocean”.Oceanic data buoy is playing an important part in developing & utilizing ocean and oceanic environment protection.The develop history and actuality of oceanic data buoy in our country is introduced,and the suggestions for researching and developing oceanic data buoy technology are mentioned in this article.
