摘要
本文简要地回顾了人类的生物战争史,分析了生物技术进步对生物战争的可能影响以及和平力量对生物技术军事应用研究的约束,阐述了生物学家在生物武器裁军事务中的地位和作用;指出生物学家必须关注自己的研究成果的应用。
The article briefly reviews the history of biological war and analyzes the impact of biotechnology progress on the modern biological war and the restriction of peace power on the research of biotechnology's application in military.The biologist's role and position in disarmament of biological weapon are dealt with.The article further points out that the biologists have to concern about the application of the results of their research,which roles are ultimately dependent on their view of value and ethic view.
