摘要
【目的】总结泌尿生殖道瘘的诊治方法及效果。【方法】37例泌尿生殖道瘘根据发生原因、膀胱镜取得病理诊断后选择不同术式及创面覆盖物修补，总结分析发生原因及治疗效果。【结果】8例因肿瘤广泛复发无法修补，29例行手术修补，其中单纯尿瘘修补术7例，治愈6例（85．7%）；带蒂大网膜修补16例，治愈15例（93．8％）；带蒂腹膜及其腹膜外脂肪修补6例，治愈5例（83．3％）。【结论】根据泌尿生殖道瘘的具体情况，适当选择术式修补是其手术成功的关键。
[Objective] To summarize the diagnosis and treatment for urogenital fistula and their efficacy. [Methods]Based on the causes of the illness and the pathologic diagnosis from cystoscope, different operation methods and covers of the wound were chosen for 37 urogenital fistula. [Results] Eight cases could not be re paired because of the extensive relapse of the tumor. Twenty nine cases underwent operation repair. Among these 29 cases, 7 cases underwent the operative repair of simple urinary fistula and their curative rate was 85.7%, and 16 cases underwent the operative repair of pedicle greater omentum, and their curative rate was 93.8%, and 6 cases underwent operative repair of pedicle peritonaeum and the fat at outside of peritonaeum, and their curative rate was 83.3%. [Conclusion] Based on the concrete status of urogenital fistula, choosing the proper methods of operative repair is the key to operate successfully.
