摘要
通过分析鞭炮装药工艺过程及其要求,确定了自动装药机构的总体方案。采用封闭式多级振动装药思想,研究并设计了炮药计量及下料机构、振动装药机构、炮盘输送机构、振动压实机构等,以实现鞭炮高效、高质量、高安全性装药。
Based on the analysis of filling-in process of firecracker and requirement of quality and security, the overall structure of the automatic filling-in mechanism was presented.Using closed-end and multi-level vibration filling ideology, several key technologies such as gauging and laying-off mechanism, vibrating filling-in mechanism, delivering firecracker tray mechanism, vibrating and compacting mechanism were studied. It achieves powder filling with high quality, productivity and security.
