摘要
采用微型传感器内置于压紧式火工品的方法测试火工品内部应力及其变化,试验研究了埋入法和替代法两种微型传感器的内置方法,以数值模拟方法论证了埋入法和替代法对火工品内部应力的影响,结果表明两种方法的影响均不大,微型压力传感器测试得到的负荷值即为火工品的内部应力。此外,采用埋入法测试得到压紧式火工品装配完毕时内部应力约为0.306MPa,在自然存放过程中内部应力随时间(90d内)变化不明显,当温度变化范围小于13℃时,内部应力的变化也不显著。
The stress in the detonator assembled by compaction can been tested by setting the minisize transducer in it. The two setting methods which are embedding and replacing have been studied, and the effects of two methods on stress has been demonstrated by ANSYS calculation. The results showed that the stress in the detonator didn't change after setting the minisize transducer, the stress tested by the minisize transducer equals to the stress in the detonator. The stress in the detonator tested by embedding method is about 0.306MPa when parts of detonator have been assembled together, and it almost hasn't changed within 90 days. The stress change was not obvious when the temperature changed within 13℃.
