摘要
采用气动喷雾细化制备出了平均粒径为450nm的超细球形HMX炸药,探讨了气动喷雾细化HMX的影响因素。采用正交实验方法确定了最佳工艺条件为:喷射压力0.5MPa;溶液浓度0.2g·mL^(-1);水温10℃;溶液温度50℃;进药速度40mL·min^(-1);水和溶液的体积比为80:1;晶型控制剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
The average size of 450nm superfine spherical HMX was prepared by using pneumatic spray thinning method. In the paper, the influence factors that affect the particle size of HMX was studied. Using orthogonal experiment method, the optimal conditions were determined, which were the injection pressure of 0.SMPa, the concentration of 0.2g ·mL^-1 the water temperature of 10℃, the solution temperature of 50℃, the explosives' feeding speed of 40mL · min^-1, the volume ratio of water to solution of 80:1, and the crystal control agent is sodium dodccyl benzene sulfonate.
