摘要
为实现柔性同步起爆网络的小型化,首先对柔性同步起爆网络的爆轰波传输接口元件进行了优化设计和试验研究,介绍了"一入二出"、"一入四出"柔性同步起爆网络模块化设计方法,对两种柔性同步起爆网络的输出同步性能进行了试验及分析,并提出了改善柔性同步起爆网络输出同步性能的措施。试验结果表明:两种柔性同步起爆网络模块的输出同步性满足使用要求,可以依此设计结构复杂的同步起爆网络。
Aimed at miniaturization of flexible synchronous explosive circuit, the detonation wave transmission interface components were optimized and tested. The modularization design method of"one-in-and-two-out" and "one-in-and-four-out" flexible synchronous explosive circuits were introduced, and then in-phase output performance of these two flexible synchronous explosive circuits have been tested and discussed, flowing which means to improve in-phase output performance was given. The test results indicated that the output performance of these two flexible synchronous explosive circuits can meet with the requirement, and the complicated synchronous explosive circuit can be designed based on the former design.
