摘要
为了达到聚能切割索有效切割靶板、优化设计参数的目的,采用数字化描述聚能切割索的设计,建立了参数化的数值计算模型,并开发形成了一套聚能切割索的专用仿真系统。通过有限次数的试验,验证了切割索切割靶板过程的数值仿真结果,从而避免大量的切割试验。
In order to obtain obvious cutting effect for target by flexible linear shaped charge, and realize optimization of design parameter, the design of the cord was numerically descripted, parametric simulation model has been set up and a special numerical simulation system for flexible linear shaped charge cutting target has been developed. The limited curing tests validated the numerical simulation results, so much more tests could be cancelled.
