摘要
与传统低温燃料电池相比,高温PEM燃料电池可简化燃料电池的水管理和热管理系统,降低系统的复杂性和成本,近年来高温PEMFC的流场设计逐渐成为研究的重点。基于计算流体软件FLUENT中的PEMFC模块,对3种常见的流场形式分别从膜中水含量、氧气的浓度和电流密度分布3个方面进行了三维数值模拟和综合分析。结果显示,在高温条件下,性能由高到低依次为:单蛇形流场、平行流场和多蛇形流场。该方法可用于高温PEM燃料电池流场的设计指导。
Compared with the traditional fuel cell, the high-temperature proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell can simplify the water management and heat management of fuel cell so as to reduce complexity and cut cost. In recent years, the high- temperature PEMFC module has become the research focus gradually. Three-dimensional numerical simulation and analysis for 3 common flow fields have been carried out in this paper by using the PEMFC module in the computational fluid software FLUENT in terms of the membrane water content, the oxygen molar concentration and the current density distribution. The results show that the performance from high to low is: the single serpentine flow field, the parallel flow field, the multi-serpentine flow field on the condition of high temperature. The method can be used to guide the design for high-temperature PEM fuel cells flow fields.
