摘要
[目的]比较不同产地常春卫矛中农药残留及重金属含量的差异,为常春卫矛生药材质量标准的制定提供可靠的依据。[方法]采用原子吸收分光光度计检测重金属,用气相色谱仪检测常春卫矛中农药残留,用冷原子吸收测汞仪检测汞。[结果]重金属铅、镉、砷、汞、铜元素含量的平均值分别为5.13,0.519,0.839,0.038,6.69 mg/kg。样品中六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)均未检出。[结论]本测定结果可作为常春卫矛药材的质量评价及标准的制定提供参考。
[Objective]To compare the difference of heavy metal content and pesticide residue for euonymus hederaceus in different habitats,so as to provide the reliable basis for the formulation of quality standard for raw Euonymus hederaceus.[Method]The heavy metal was examined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the pesticide residue in Euonymus hederaceus was examined by gas phase chromatograph,and the mercury was measured by cold vapour atomic absorption measuring instrument.[Result]The mean value of the heavy mental content such as lead,cadmium,arsenic,and mercury,copper was 5.13 mg/kg,0.519 mg/kg,0.839 mg/kg,0.038 mg/kg,and 6.69 mg/kg respectively.The BHC,DDT,PCNB were not checked out in the sample.[Conclusion]This determination result provides the reference for the quality evaluation and the standard formulation of raw Euonymus hederaceus.
