摘要颈椎前路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合术（anterior cervicaldiscectomy and fusion,ACDF）用于治疗颈椎退变性疾病取得了满意的效果,目前被广泛接受和推广使用,但是由于致病节段颈椎活动幅度的丧失导致邻近颈椎节段的代偿性活动增大，应力负荷增加，继而引起邻近节段退变加速，影响临床效果。
