摘要
详细介绍了氧化铝纤维的制取工艺、生产现状、技术进展及应用前景。氧化铝纤维是新型的高性能无机陶瓷纤维,与碳纤维、碳化硅纤维等非氧化物纤维相比,不仅具有高强度、高模量、耐高温等优良性能,还有很好的高温抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性和电绝缘性,且表面活性好,易与树脂、金属、陶瓷等基体复合,形成诸多性能优异的复合材料;在工业高温炉窑、航空航天、交通运输及高新科技领域中,氧化铝纤维都有广泛的应用。并对国内今后氧化铝纤维的发展提出了一些建议。
The production process,production status,technical progress and application prospect of aluminum fiber are introduced in detail in this article.Aluminum fiber is a new kind of high performance inorganic ceramic fiber,compared with carbon fiber,silicon carbide fiber and other non-oxide compound fibers,it not only has high strength,high modulus,thermostable and other good properties,but also has very good high temperature oxidation resistance,inoxidizability and electric insulation.Because it’s surface activity is good,aluminum fiber can easily form many outstanding properties composite materials with resin,metal,ceramic and other basal corpuscles et al.In industrial high temperature kiln,aerospace,transportation and new hi-tech fields,aluminum fiber has the widespread applications.Some proposals for the domestic development of aluminum fiber in future are put forward.
